Goss, who was a first-team selection last year and a preseason first-team honoree this season, averaged 10.3 points, 3.9 assists, 3.7 steals and 3.2 rebounds per game this year to help lead the Lady Senators to their fiurth straight appearance in the NJCAA Division I National Basketball Championship Tournament in Salina, Kan.
Goss was also named the most valuable player of the TCCAA/NJCAA Region VII tournament for the second straight year this past March.
Patrice Talley, a 6-1 post from Easley, S.C., was named an honorable mention All-American after leading the Lady Senators in scoring (11.5 ppg) and rebounding (6.7 rpg) this season.
Goss and Talley were both part of a sophomore class that departs Walters State as the winningest graduating class in program history.
The Lady Senators went 59-5 over the last two seasons, including a school-best 33-1 mark and top five finish in the nation in the 2008-09 season.
Talley leads Lady Senators in win
